Requirements

• Experience in making IT related proposals to clients, or willingness to the same
• Experience in in-house or client's mainframe or information related IT consulting
• Qualification in IT or minimum 5 years of experience in system development
• Experience in database design using Oracle, SQL, etc.
• Experience in network design linking with Web and other system
• Experience in system design of information security
• Experience in establishment of Web system

Job description
Consulting and provision of solutions by newly developed sensing technologies of high resolution SAR satellite images based on our measuring and GIS technologies acquired over the years. Research and development of remote sensing in the field of commerce in addition to the conventional applications to the field of national lands, disaster prevention, atmospheric phenomena, agriculture and environment. Realization of the application in high resolution, high working ratio and low cost.

Marketing staff

PASCO promotes new business and projects by making proposals to our clients of foreign governments, international organizations and think-tank besides Japanese clients.

Requirements

• Basic knowledge of aerial photography, photogrammetry, GIS and international tender
• Minimum 5 years of experience in business promotion and marketing including proposal preparation
• Experience in overseas traveling

Education: Bachelor degree or higher
Age: 30 to 50 years old
English: Higher than 700 points in TOEIC, or equivalent.
Additionally, Spanish or French language skills are preferred.

Job description
Sales promotion of GIS solutions, preparation of planning and proposals to the worldwide clients on our world network in Asia, Africa, Latin America, Europe besides Japanese clients. Provide the information concerning topographic mapping as the base of country development, GIS, database creation for national land safety and development, maintenance, restore and management of World Heritage, prevention support for natural disaster such as earthquake, Tsunami, flood and volcano.

Recruiting conditions (IT engineer / Image processing engineer / Marketing staff)

• Communication skill in Japanese language is required
• Resident in Japan holding a work visa or a person who will reside in Japan.
• Standard working hour: 9:00-17:30 ( Lunch time 1hour)

Salary
Good pay based on PASCO Pay Regulation in accordance with recruited candidate's experiences and age.

Salary revision once a year, bonus paid twice a year, allowances for housing, transportation and over time, social insurance.
