Your personal information will not be collected simply through browsing our website. Based on the results obtained through the active utilization of these technologies, it provides products and services that underpin secure and comfortable lives for the people.
Therefore, the protection of personal information and the implementation of security measures for the protection of personal information form the basis of PASCO's business activities, and are regarded by the company as a part of our social responsibility. PASCO CORPORATION has laid out our Privacy policy as follows. We strive to ensure that the executive officers and employees have complete understanding of the the policy so that they are able to take appropriate measures in protecting personal information.

1. Acquisition and use of personal information, and provision and handling of the information on commission
PASCO CORPORATION has established a management system aimed at protecting personal information in a way that corresponds with the contents of our businesses. We acquire personal information in an appropriate manner, within a scope that is necessary only for the achievement of our purposes of use, and through fair means that are in line with legal stipulations. The personal information that has been acquired is used within the limitations of the relevant purpose of use. We also treat the provision and handling of personal information on commission in an appropriate manner that is in line with established regulations. -

To ensure the safety of personal information, PASCO CORPORATION has established a management system and drawn up management regulations. We take steps to ensure continuous education for all employees with regard to personal information protection, and take the necessary measures toward the implementation of safe management. PASCO CORPORATION has built up an internal system and established an enquiry office in order to respond promptly and appropriately to requests pertaining to the notification of use, disclosure, amendments, additions or deletions, use, or suspension of the provision of personal information, as well as to complaints and/or consultations about the treatment of personal information acquired from the individual concerned. -
5. Development and continuous improvement of the personal information protection management system
PASCO CORPORATION has developed and put in place a personal information protection management system while ensuring thorough understanding of the system among executive officers and employees. We also conduct periodical audits and reviews, and strive constantly to improve the system.

1. Purposes for the acquisition and use of customers' personal information
PASCO CORPORATION acquires personal information from its customers, shareholders, PASCO executive officers and employees, and others for the following purposes, and uses the personal information within the limitations of the respective purposes of use and the agreement of the individual concerned. In the event that individual notice or announcement of the purpose of use is given, PASCO will use the personal information within the limitations of that purpose of use.

The personal information collected by PASCO is provided to us at the discretion of the customer. There are cases whereby the customer may be unable to make use of services provided by PASCO in the event that the customer does not wish to provide his or her personal information. We seek your kind understanding on this matter.
2. Disclosure and provision of personal information to third parties
PASCO CORPORATION does not provide personal information to third parties without prior agreement from our customers. This does not include cases whereby the handling of personal information is entrusted to contractors in order to facilitate the smooth execution of the abovementioned purposes. Exceptions are made in the event* that the circumstance falls within the exceptions to the limitations of third-party information provision, as stipulated under Article 23-1 of the Act on the Protection of Personal Information.
* Exceptions to the limitations of the provision of personal information to third parties

- 2. When there is a need to do so in order to protect the life, wellbeing, or assets of an individual amidst difficulty in obtaining the agreement of the individual concerned.
- 3. When there is a particular need to do so in order to improve public health or promote the healthy development of children amidst difficulty in obtaining the agreement of the individual concerned.
- 4. When there is a need to cooperate with national institutions, local public organizations, or those who have been entrusted by these organizations to execute duties in line with legal stipulations, amidst situations whereby obtaining the agreement of the individual concerned would create barriers to the execution of these duties.
When entrusting work to contractors, PASCO selects contractors that meet the standards set by us, concludes agreements on the treatment of personal information, and performs the appropriate audits and control.
3. Treatment of customers' personal information
Customers' personal information is managed appropriately and stringently. PASCO CORPORATION has in place safety measures to prevent unlawful access, destruction, falsification, and leakage of customers' personal information.
Cookies

Upon verification of the individual or representative agent's identity, we will respond to requests promptly and in an appropriate manner. With regard to personal information other than the personal information that is held by PASCO and is subject to disclosure, kindly notes that we may not be able to respond to all requests.
*Personal information that is subject to disclosure refers to personal information that is compiled systematically as a set of information in order to enable searches on computers, or a set of personal information that is compiled systematically through organization, categorization, and the appending of contents, indices, and markings in line with a fixed set of rules, in order to facilitate easy searches for specific personal information. PASCO has the rights to respond to requests from the individual concerned to disclose, amend, add or delete, suspend the use of, erase, and suspend the provision of, personal information to third parties.
