PASCO and Skyline Software Systems to Enter into MOU to Explore Strategic Partnership

- New partnership poised to deliver world-class 3D geospatial solutions for realization of digital twins.-

PASCO CORPORATION (Meguro-ku, Tokyo. President and CEO: Hideki Shimamura. Hereinafter "PASCO") has entered into a Memorandum of Understanding with Skyline Software Systems, Inc. (Herndon, VA, USA. CEO: Bob Peters. Hereinafter "Skyline"), the leading 3D visualization software provider. The partnership aims to explore potential collaboration and to work toward the co-development and provision of innovative 3D solutions.

PASCO has been a volume user of Skyline products in Japan. Now with the MOU, the parties’ relationship is expanded and PASCO becomes Skyline’s business partner in the Japanese market. PASCO is well-positioned to utilize Skyline’s suite of industry-leading GIS visualization software. TerraExplorer TM, PhotoMesh TM, and other Skyline products, combined with PASCO’s extensive expertise in the areas of the acquisition, processing, and analysis of geospatial information are powerfully positioned to promote digital twins, the driver of Smart City and Super City, and advance and develop innovative services, specifically in verticals such as BIM/CIM, infrastructure management for above- and under-ground, disaster risk management, and disaster response.
